Remote and Rural Camps

DiscoverE brings its innovative science and engineering camps across Alberta and the Northwest Territories! Remote and Rural camps are offered so that those who do not live in the Edmonton area can experience all the fun and excitement of DiscoverE's hands-on projects and activities.

Registration is open for Yellowknife, Fort McMurray, Jasper, Hinton, and Grande Prairie in Summer 2018! More locations will be confirmed soon.

In 2014, DiscoverE delivered over 45 summer camps in remote and rural communities throughout Alberta and the NWT including:

Aklavik, Alexis First Nations, Beaver First Nation, Bonnyville, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, Cold Lake First Nations, Edson, Fort Chipewyan, Fort McKay, Fort McMurray, Goodfish Lake, Grande Cache, Grande Prairie, Hinton, Horse Lake, Inuvik, Jasper, Kikino, Lutsel K'e, Paul First Nation, Peace River, Saddle Lake, St. Paul, Sturgeon Lake, Tuktoyaktuk, Yellowknife, and Wabasca.
